Hi, I am Girma Baker, the proud owner of TMC Detailing. My passion for cars and dedication to excellence led me to create a detailing service that goes beyond the ordinary. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills to ensure every vehicle gets the attention it deserves.
My Story
I grew up in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and while I’m thankful for my experiences, it was very difficult. As a child I had odd jobs just to make ends meet. I did anything from selling newspapers and chewing gum to shoe shining and car washing. This created a strong spirit of entrepreneurship which I have continued to foster. My life’s dream was to have my own business and it’s finally here.

TMC is named after one of my role model’s mottos. The Marathon Continues is a strong brand built by Nipsey Hussle and it means that life is not a sprint, but instead a marathon. The finish line is far ahead of us so we have to press in and always strive to do the best we can possibly do. That’s been the story of my life.

I could’ve started any business, so why car detailing? I have a passion for helping people and a love for cars. I know how busy life gets and especially when your family consists of kids and pets, there isn’t always time to make your car feel like new again. That’s why I wanted to make sure my car detailing company is mobile. I’ll come to you!
